Several years ago, it wasn’t unheard of to have to venture out to East Nashville for a handcrafted latte. Smaller communities were lucky if we had a single mom and pop coffee shop, much less locally roasted coffee or healthy companions such as organic ingredients, dairy alternatives, or naturally infused sweeteners. East Nashville may still be known for some of the best coffee in Middle Tennessee, but the suburbs have come a long way and it’s no longer necessary to fight traffic (and if you’re lucky, find parking) just to find a great coffee shop.
